Head of Creative / Creative Director

Job Description

Performance Marketing Team Leader

The Head of Performance Marketing has a primary function of implementing effective marketing campaign execution in all digital performance acquisition channels across search engines, social, and display advertising and the exploration of opportunities that will expand

The Head of Performance Marketing demonstrates superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research, communications evaluation, data modeling, relationship skills, and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities:

Leadership/Supervisory Role: The first and most prominent role of the Head of Performance Marketing is his leadership role over the junior marketing team, that is, the Performance Marketing Manager and the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The Head of Performance Marketing spearheads, strengthens, and oversees the acquisition efforts of the marketing department.

The entire process is completed within 3-5 days and you will hear back from us within that time frame.

Can I re-apply for the same job?

If you have been rejected for a certain role you cannot re-apply for the same position within the first 12 months.

Where are the Nexa offices located?

We have offices in the US and UK, with headquarters in the UAE.

Do you offer part-time positions?

Most positions are full-time, but we do occasionally have part-time roles.

Does Nexa allow flexible work schedules?

For most positions we need our employees to be present for a defined 8hr window but a few positions do allow for flexible work schedules.
